The groups we plan for are rarely business units. They are grandparents and grandchildren on a milestone holiday, a choir on a spring tour, a class of fourteen-year-olds with their teachers, a parish travelling to Fátima. What they share is a need to move together, with their luggage, at times that suit them rather than a timetable. That is why this site starts with minibuses and eight-seat vans: they fit most real groups.

What we do, and what the operator does

We collect the details of your trip, pick partner operators that suit both the city and the size of your group, and show you one price covering the vehicle and its driver. Supplying, insuring and driving the vehicle is the operator's job. Its own cancellation terms apply, and you will find them printed on the quote, ready to read before anything else. You make the call with the whole picture in view, and no money changes hands until you do.

Why we write so much about city rules

An airport run in one city can be a very different job in the next. Florence requires a ZTL Bus contrassegno for coaches anywhere in the built-up city, Amsterdam keeps coaches over 7.5 tonnes outside the S100 ring unless they hold an exemption, and Madrid lets only coaches with the right environmental label into Distrito Centro. These rules decide where your group is set down and how far everyone walks, so we explain them city by city rather than leaving you to find out at the kerb.

What you will not find here

You will not see headline prices, scores or grand claims on this site. Every trip is priced on its own, because the date, the hours, the distance, the vehicle and local costs such as city permits, parking and tolls all change the figure. What you can expect is a clear written quote and a straight answer when you ask what a rule means for your group.

Are the drivers your employees?

No. Each driver works for the partner operator supplying the vehicle, and that operator is responsible for licensing, insurance and keeping within EU driving-time rules.

How do you choose operators?

We work only with licensed, insured operators, and match them to the city, the number of passengers and the type of vehicle your trip needs.

Can you help with trips that cross borders?

Yes. EU rules treat a group's journey into another country as an international occasional service. It must operate on a Community licence, and a journey form has to travel in the vehicle; the operator takes care of both.
