Private transfers for Copenhagen cruise quays

Copenhagen welcomes ships at three quays, from the long Ocean Quay in Nordhavn to Langelinie by the Little Mermaid. A private transfer with a minibus and driver takes your group between ship, hotel and Kastrup, and we arrange it with partner operators who know the port.

Oceankaj, Langelinie or Nordre Toldbod

The largest berth, Oceankaj (Ocean Quay) in Nordhavn, offers roughly 1,100 m of quay, and its P-plads Oceanvej car park has 242 spaces. At Langelinie, quays 192-198, and at Nordre Toldbod, quay 177, which takes ships of up to 200 m, parking is limited and short-term only. At those two the driver sets down or collects promptly rather than hanging about.

Timings to the airport and the city

Allow 25-40 minutes by road between the cruise quays and Copenhagen Airport, about 15-20 km. By public transport, Oceankaj is about 40 minutes from the airport and 30 from the centre, fine for a couple with backpacks but hard work for a group with cases. Every passenger landing at the airport comes out through one hall, Terminal 3 arrivals, so meeting everyone in one place is easy. Landing on the morning of departure? Share the all-aboard time with the flight details, and the operator will judge whether one vehicle can gather the whole group in time.

Road rules and a pre-boarding tour

Copenhagen's environmental zone asks diesel buses for Euro VI or a particle filter, and plates, foreign ones included, are read by cameras. From 19:00 until 07:00 buses may park only in signed heavy-vehicle spaces, so a late arrival needs a plan. If you fit in a tour before boarding, the Little Mermaid, Amalienborg Palace and Nyhavn make an easy loop.

Your cruise line confirms it. Oceankaj is the largest berth, while Nordre Toldbod is limited to vessels up to 200 m.

Can the driver wait at Langelinie?

Parking there is limited and short-term only, so plan a prompt pick-up and let the driver know when you are off the ship.

Can we see Kronborg Castle before sailing?

Helsingør is 45-60 minutes each way, so it fits a morning if your boarding time allows.
