Minibus hire for Oktoberfest groups
Oktoberfest 2027 runs from 18 September to 3 October on the Theresienwiese in Munich, and a group heading there needs a plan for getting home as much as getting in. A minibus with driver solves both, and we arrange it with partner operators who know how Munich handles festival traffic.
There is no parking at the Wiesn
There is no parking at the Theresienwiese, and drivers are sent to park-and-ride sites instead. ZOB Arnulfstrasse lies close to the grounds but is usually full, and while the festival runs the coach park on Hansastrasse by Heimeranplatz raises its rate. What works is a drop-off near the grounds, the vehicle going off to park, and a pick-up time fixed before anyone lifts a glass.
Hackerbrücke on the S-Bahn and the U4 and U5 stations at Schwanthalerhöhe and Theresienwiese are the closest to the grounds. Knowing their names helps anyone who drifts away from the group to find their way back.

Moving around Munich before and after
Coaches cannot park within the Altstadtring, and instead get 20 minutes at a drop-off zone: at Blumenstrasse, at Frauenstrasse, along Karl-Scharnagl-Ring, on Maximiliansplatz or on Oskar-von-Miller-Ring. The Mittlerer Ring marks the edge of a low emission zone that bars high-emission vehicles. For an evening at the Hofbräuhaus, the drop points are Karl-Scharnagl-Ring or Frauenstrasse.
From Munich Airport to your hotel
The airport is about 38 km outside Munich, normally 40-60 minutes, so add some extra time during the festival fortnight. Terminal 2 has the long-distance coach stops, 21 and 22, which are 5-10 minutes on foot from Terminal 1, and the terminal forecourts permit a ten-minute stop twice a day. If you would like a calmer day as well, Salzburg and Neuschwanstein Castle are each 1.5-2 hours away, and the Dachau Memorial 25-40 minutes.
