Minibus and coach hire for sports teams
A team travels with a lot more than its players: kit bags, physio tables, water crates and, with luck, a trophy on the way home. We arrange vehicles that fit the squad and the gear, from licensed partner operators across Europe.
Matching the vehicle to the squad and the kit
For a squad of up to 16, a minibus is usually right. The Sprinter Travel 75, for instance, offers roughly 2 m³ of luggage room at the back, enough for kit bags if the team packs sensibly. Bigger squads with coaching staff are better served by a midi coach with underfloor luggage bays, and a full club trip with supporters may need a 49-57 seat coach.
Licence rules follow vehicle size. A category D1 licence covers a minibus up to 8 m long carrying up to 16 passengers, while anything bigger, carrying more than eight passengers, needs category D. The operator provides a properly licensed driver either way.

Match days: stadium parking is not a given
Stadiums vary a great deal. Munich's Allianz Arena provides coach parking of its own, and Berlin has signed coach parking at the Olympiastadion. In Florence, the coach park near the Stadio Artemio Franchi closes on event days, so the operator plans an alternative. Tell us the fixture and kick-off time so the drop-off and pick-up are arranged around the crowds rather than in the middle of them.
Tournament weekends and driver hours
Tournaments bring early starts, late finishes and last-minute changes to the draw. Tachograph data is inspected both on the road and at the operator's depot, so drivers must keep to their hours even when a match runs into extra time.
If your programme is packed, share the whole schedule up front. The operator can plan a second driver, or split the weekend between two vehicles, so the squad is never stuck at a ground waiting for a driver's rest to end.

How many players fit in a minibus?
Typically 16-19 seats. For a full squad with staff and kit, a midi coach is often more comfortable.
Where will the coach park at the stadium?
It depends on the venue. Some have their own coach parking; others close nearby parks on match days.
Can the driver stay with us all weekend?
