Guest shuttles from hotel to venue and back
Most weddings have several moving parts: airport arrivals over a day or two, a shuttle to the ceremony, a transfer to the reception and a late return to one or more hotels. A midi coach with 29-35 seats carries a good-sized party in one go, while a pair of minibuses can suit a countryside venue reached by a narrow lane. For the couple, an executive car is a comfortable and quietly elegant choice.
A simple card for each guest with pickup times and the hotel stop saves a lot of confusion on the day.

Planning the late-evening return
Receptions often run past midnight, and driver working time limits apply to those late returns. Daily rest must be at least 11 hours, reducible to 9 hours three times a week, so a driver who handled morning airport runs may not be allowed to drive after the party.
The answer is to share the whole day's timetable when you ask for a quote. The operator can then schedule a fresh driver for the evening, or offer two return runs, one for early leavers and one for the dance floor.
Old towns and hilltop venues
Some favourite wedding cities have strict coach rules. In Dubrovnik, during the season, any vehicle with 7+1 seats or more has to be booked via the Bus Web Shop, and may stop only at Pile and Ploče. Coaches in Florence need a ZTL Bus contrassegno, and in Nice they may use the authorised drop-off points for up to 30 minutes.
